Potty training..

Boo on the potty

Ah she looks so innocent right? Or rather she looks like she knows what she is doing right? Well I have probably bitten off more then I can chew. I am trying to potty train Kyboo it seemed like a good idea. We are moving in about three weeks and where we are moving to the wooden floors have just been refinished and I did not relish the thought of potty training Boo on those pretty wooden floors. I let em run around naked when they potty train so accidents do happen.

Where we currently live we have all concrete floors which makes clean up really easy.  But the real kicker is Kyboo is only 21 months old.  So she could be to young.  I know other toddlers have been potty trained this young and girls are “supposed” to be easier to potty train. I just don’t know how it will go with Boo we are only on day two.  She has not done to bad so far. The first day she peed in the potty once and tried to poop once and only had three accidents.  But she has not started  to really to run to the potty by herself and pee. I plan on holing up in the house for four or five days and see what progress she makes.  If she is not getting it we can always go back to diapers but I hope we don’t have too.

  1. awww, sweet boo…. she looks so proud sitting on her potty.

best of luck to ya. i’m scared to potty train the magoo when we get to that stage… we have some time though.

  2. She was very proud but I am not sure she gets it? I know I was so scared to potty train Chicken he was 2 1/2 a bit young for a boy it was a good 6 months until he was potty trained but he finally go there. Yes I hope I am not pushing it to much doing it this early with Boo.

  3. Good luck with this! I hope it clicks and she starts to go on her own. Fingers crossed for you.
